Railway BIM component construction based on Civil 3D SAC

  • 摘要: 为实现铁路线路结构参数化建模,基于Autodesk Civil 3D部件编辑器(SAC,SubassemblyComposer)研究了自定义部件参数化模型的构建流程。利用部件编辑器可视化的设计流程和参数驱动图形交互的方法,针对不同的横断面形式,构建了单线有砟轨道部件、隧道部件和多级边坡部件参数化模型,并将参数化部件与三维地形曲面模型相融合,在三维可视环境下实现设计部件的工程量精确计算。通过SAC创建的部件具有设计参数更改方便、建模迅速、交互性强、形象直观的优点,是铁路BIM应用部件建模一种有效的方法。

     

    Abstract: In order to implement the parametric modeling of railway line structure, the construction process of a customized subassembly parameterized model was studied based on Autodesk Civil 3D subassembly composer(SAC). Using the subassembly composer's visual design process and parameter-driven graphical interaction method, a parametric model of single-line ballasted track subassembly, tunnel subassembly and multi-level slope subassembly was constructed for different cross-section forms. The parameterized subassembly was fused with the threedimensional terrain surface model, and the precise calculation of the engineering quantity of the design subassembly was implmented in the three-dimensional visual environment. The subassembly created by SAC has the advantages of convenient change of design parameters, rapid modeling, strong interaction, visual and intuitive. It is an effective method to model railway BIM application subassembly.
