Railway catenary maintenance simulation training system based on virtual reality

  • 摘要: 随着铁路快速发展,对安全、高效的培训需求不断增加,基于虚拟现实技术的仿真实训成为铁路技能人员培训的重要手段。以接触网维修为例,根据功能需求和不同虚拟现实开发方式特点,选择使用3dsMax和Unity3D作为开发工具,构建了接触网维修虚拟作业环境,实现接触网作业流程仿真和教学、练习和考试3种运行模式,达到较高的实训仿真水平,为接触网维修技能人员培训提供新型手段支撑。

     

    Abstract: With the rapid development of railway and the increasing demand for safe and efficient training, simulation training based on virtual reality technology has become an important means of training railway skilled personnel. Taking the maintenance of catenary as an example, according to the functional requirements and the characteristics of different virtual reality development modes, this paper choose 3dsMax and Unity3D as development tools to construct a virtual operation environment for catenary maintenance, implement three operation modes of catenary operation flow simulation and teaching, practice and examination. It achieves a higher level of training simulation, provides a new means for training catenary maintenance skilled personnel.
