  • 摘要: 在分析铁路客货运业务电子发票开票场景的基础上,设计电子发票开票流程和开票方式,搭建平台架构,规划平台功能,形成了基于铁路核心业务的铁路电子发票服务平台总体方案,为平台研发提供实现基础。依据该平台方案,能实现铁路客货运等业务电子发票的开具、打印、查询、交付及其他相关服务,有效推动电子发票在铁路行业的广泛应用,在降低铁路企业经营成本,节约社会资源,方便用户获取票据等方面发挥重要作用。

     

    Abstract: Based on the analysis of railway passenger and freight business electronic invoice scenarios, this paper designed the electronic invoice process andthe method of invoiceissuing, constructed the platform framework, planned the platform functions, and formed the overall scheme of railway electronic invoice service platform based on railway core business, which provided the implementation basis for platform research and development. According to the platform scheme, it can implement the issuance, printing, query, delivery and other related services of electronic invoice for railway passenger and freight transportation, effectively promote the wide application of electronic invoice in the railway industry, and play an important role in reducing the operating cost of railway enterprises, saving social resources, and facilitating users to obtain invoice.
