Network monitoring of alarm vehicle of vehicle operation quality safety monitoring system

摘要: 借助红外轴温探测设备分布密集的特点,建立红外轴温探测设备与列检作业场对应关系,通过红外轴温探测设备过车数据与报警车辆数据匹配复示给列检作业场,实现联网监控。对报警车辆推送和销号规则进行分析,开发了联网监控、回填、查询、统计等功能,并在北京铁路局丰台车辆段试用,完善了联网监控方案。Abstract: With the help of the characteristics of dense distribution of infrared axle temperature detection equipment, this paper set up the corresponding relation between infrared axis temperature detection equipment and train inspection workshop, through matching the passing data of infrared axle temperature detection equipment with the alarm vehicle data, it could be displayed to train inspection workshops to implement network monitoring. The paper analyzed the rules of pushing and selling alarm vehicles, developed the functions of network monitoring, backfilling, inquiry and statistics. The functions were tested in Fengtai Vehicle Depot of Beijing Railway Administration, and the network monitoring scheme was improved.
