基于BIM的铁路隧道辅助设计关键技术研究

  • 摘要: 以Bentley PowerCivil为基础,采用隧道设计思路,参考地模、地质和线路模型信息,根据围岩情况实现隧道设计模型的精确建立,同时,结合IFC/IFD编码标准,完成工程信息的自动附加。通过梳理设计阶段与施工阶段模型结构树的区别,完成几何分解和设计阶段信息到施工阶段的自动转换。以拉(萨)林(芝)铁路扎莫隧道为试点,建设了一套完整的基于建筑信息模块(BIM)技术的铁路隧道辅助设计系统与流程。实践证明,该系统能够结合地质、设计参数等信息有效地辅助隧道设计,提高设计精度。通过信息挂接与阶段模型转换,解决了模型在工程全生命周期的持续应用问题。

     

    Abstract: Based on Bentley PowerCivil, this article adopted the idea of tunnel design, referred to the information of ground model, geology and line model, and implemented the precise establishment of tunnel design model according to surrounding rock conditions, completed the automatic addition of engineering information with IFC/IFD coding standard. By sorting out the differences of model structure tree between design stage and construction stage, the automatic transformation from geometric decomposition and design stage information to construction stage was implemented. A complete set of auxiliary design system and process for railway tunnel design and construction based on BIM technology was built. Practice has proved that the system can effectively assist tunnel design and improve design accuracy by combining the geological information and design parameters. It was solved the problem of continuous application of the model in the whole life cycle of the project through information connection and phase model transformation.
