  • 摘要: 铁路工程建设物资设备管理信息系统采用"信息系统+管理办法"的模式,研究铁路建设期间各参建单位对于物资供应进度、物资供应质量、现场验收情况、物资使用追溯等方面的信息化监管问题。通过大数据智能算法,实现计划提报和物资供应的智能预警;应用移动手持终端、GPS定位技术和影像资料文件上传功能,加强现场物资验收检测质量管理。系统上线运行的结果表明,物资设备管理信息系统中大数据、移动办公和GPS定位技术等信息化手段的应用,能提高计划编制的合理性及准确性,降低施工现场的管理难度,有效监管现场人员到场情况,提高物资的验收质量。

     

    Abstract: The mode of "information system + management method" was adopted in the material and equipment management information system of railway engineering construction to study the information-based supervision problems of all participating units in the construction of railway in terms of material supply progress, material supply quality, onsite acceptance, material use tracing, etc. This article implemented the intelligent early warning of plan submission and material supply through big data intelligent algorithm, and strengthen the quality management of on-site material acceptance and inspection by applying mobile handheld terminal, GPS positioning technology and image data file upload function.The system has been put into operation and the results show that the application of big data, mobile office, GPS positioning technology and other information means in the material and equipment management information system can improve the rationality and accuracy of planning, reduce the management difficulty of the construction site, effectively supervise the presence of site personnel, and improve the acceptance quality of materials.
