5 000吨重载列车系统动力学分析

System dynamics analysis of 5000-ton heavy-haul train

  • 摘要: 为分析5 000 t整列式重载列车各项动力学指标是否符合安全性的要求,选择兰新铁路武嘉段线路条件较复杂的金昌至玉石区间两处电力分相附近的四处线路进行分析。运用多体动力学软件,建立,5 000 t货物列车模型,对比分析了列车纵向,横向,垂向的动力学性能,就列车速度对安全性指标的影响进行分析。分析结果表明,5 000 t整列式重载列车在兰新线重点区段以80 km/h以下的速度运行是安全的。

     

    Abstract: In order to analyze whether the dynamics indices of 5 000-ton integrated heavy- haul train meet the safety requirements, this paper chose four lines near two electric power phases in Jinchang-Yushi section of Wujia section of Lanxin Railway for analysis. The paper used multi-body dynamics software, established a 5,000-ton freight train model, compared and analyzed the longitudinal, lateral and vertical dynamic performances of the train, and also analyzed the influence of train speed on safety index. The analysis results show that it is safe for 5000 ton heavy- haul train to run at a speed below 80 km/h in the key section of Lanxin Railway.
