Abstract: In recent years, China has accelerated the construction of network security management system and standards, responded to the prominent problems in network security scientifically, and continuously strengthened the construction of network security governance capacity. Under the new situation that the whole society attaches great importance to the network security work, railway enterprises actively construct the network security defense in depth system, comprehensively reduce the network exposure, vigorously strengthen the network security supervision, continuously build network security professional teams, and take various measures to improve the railway network security governance ability. In the new stage of railway reform and development, the construction of intelligent railway, highly centralized large scaledata center and highly complex railway information network has increased the difficulty of railway network security prevention and control. In the face of the new situation and new problems, this paper studied and put forward some strategies to strengthen the railway network security management and enhance the railway network security protection ability from the perspective of system and integrity, mainly including:strengthening the top-level design, promoting the improvement of the system and mechanism system, the implementation of the responsibility system, adhering to the classification, zoning, defense in depth, highlighting the key points, strengthening the active convergence of exposed surfaces, active protection, real-time comprehensivesituation awareness, intelligent monitoring and early warning, and strengthen emergency drills, offensive and defensive drills, and pay attention to technical reserves, experience accumulation and personnel training.
