Method of character recognition for LKJ human-machine interface unit display

  • 摘要: 人机界面(DMI)单元是列车运行监控装置(LKJ)的用户交互设备。通过对图像字符识别方法的研究,设计了基于点阵对比方式的字符识别方法,来对DMI图像中的字符做识别,识别的结果提供给系统校验程序使用。通过将界面中的字符点阵信息与字库点阵信息作对比,得到界面中所显示的字符信息。经过大量图像识别测试后得到识别正确率可达到98%,对整幅图像识别时间在1 s以内。结果表明,基于点阵识别的字符识别方法可以满足系统校验程序的使用要求。

     

    Abstract: Driver-machine interface (DMI) unit is user interface of the train operation monitoring device (LKJ). Through the research of image character recognition method, this article designed a character recognition method based on "Dot Matrix Contrast" to recognize the characters in the DMI unit image. The result of identification was provided to the system verification program. By comparing the character lattice information in the interface with that in the font library, the character information displayed in the interface could be obtained. After a large number of image recognition tests, the recognition accuracy can reach 98%, and the recognition time for the whole image is less than 1 second. The results show that the character recognition method based on "Dot Matrix Contrast" can meet the requirements of the system verification program.
