Design and implementation of Railway Wagon Out-of-gauge Measurement System based on industrial control computer

摘要: 介绍一种结构新颖的铁路货车超限测量系统,该测量系统以单台激光雷达作为测量核心,利用工控机进行数据处理和控制,用数码照相机进行辅助监视,建立分析了超限数据的智能化软件系统,实现了货车装载状况和超限等级的快速精确测量,为铁路承运大型货物提供了新的检测手段,解决了铁路运输装载超限状况的快速检测问题.实验表明,该测量系统能成功检测装载超限数据,测量结果精确可信.
