基于区块链技术的铁路乘意险理赔流程优化

Optimization of railway passenger casualty insurance claim process based on blockchain technology

  • 摘要: 从铁路乘意险的经营目的和运行效果入手,分析铁路乘意险服务乘客人次增长率下降的原因;通过对理赔数据和现有理赔业务流程的分析,提出影响理赔时效的环节和因素;通过对区块链基本原理的分析,提出基于区块链技术的乘意险理赔流程优化方案。从自动赔付、数据共享和智能防欺诈3个方面提出优化思路,并在报案、材料复核和支付等环节进行优化改造,最后给出优化设计后的乘意险系统架构和理赔流程,为类似应用场景的业务基于区块链技术进行流程优化提供了借鉴。

     

    Abstract: Starting from the purpose and effect of the operation for the railway passenger casualty insurance, this paper analyzed the reasons for the decrease of the growth rate of the number of passengers in the service of railway passenger casualty insurance. Based on the analysis of the claim data and the existing claim business process, the paper put forward the links and factors that affected the claim time limit. Through the analysis of the basic principles of the blockchain, the paper proposed the optimization scheme of the claim process of the passenger casualty insurance based on the blockchain technology. It put forward optimization ideas from three aspects of automatic compensation, data sharing and intelligent fraud prevention, and carried out optimization transformation in the reporting, material review and payment links. Finally, it gave the optimized design of the passenger casualty insurance system architecture and claim settlement process, which provided a reference for similar application scenarios of business process optimization based on blockchain technology.
