Abstract: This paper designed the project planning management information system for high-speed railway renovation and overhaul, solved the problem of paper document informatization of project planning circulation, improved the efficiency of project planning management and the level of analysis and application.Based on the current project planning management business requirements of high-speed railway company, the paper investigated the present situation of data and system functional requirements, carried out the design from the aspects of data standardization and normalization, overall system architecture, functional modules, etc., and built the project planning management information system for high-speed railway renovation and overhaul.The results show that the system can meet the management requirements of high-speed railway renovation and overhaul, and provide data support for management decisions.
