铁路行车迂回调度命令优化及迂回动态研究

  • 摘要: 按照中国国家铁路集团有限公司执行承运清算管理办法的要求,为统计部门在承运清算时提供铁路行车迂回调度命令及迂回详细信息。通过分析历史迂回调度命令内容,总结铁路行车迂回运输的主要原因及数据来源,提出调度命令系统与铁路调度计划编制系统之间建立数据共享服务接口及数据联动,实现在发布迂回调度命令时细化列车编组的方案,为承运清算提供迂回调度命令号码及迂回车辆的车号、迂回径路等精细化费用结算依据。目前,该方案已在全国铁路得到广泛应用,为调度生产部门减少了一半以上因为迂回延续而发布的调度命令,并对迂回车辆的动态趋势进行预警,得到了用户的认可和好评。

     

    Abstract: According to the requirements of China Railway on the implementation of the management measures of carrier liquidation, it is provided to the statistics department with the railway traffic circuitous dispatching order and circuitous details information during the carrier liquidation.By analyzing the contents of historical circuitous dispatching order, summarizing the main reasons and data sources of railway traffic circuitous transportation, this paper put forward the scheme of establishing data sharing service interface and data linkage between dispatching order system and railway dispatching planning system, and implementing detailed train formation when issuing circuitous dispatching order. It provided the number of circuitous dispatching order, the number of circuitous vehicles, circuitous route and other refined cost settlement basis for carrier clearing. At present, the scheme has been widely used in the national railway to reduce more than half of the dispatching orders issued by the dispatching production department due to the continuation circuitous, and give early warning to the dynamic trend of circuitous vehicles, which has been recognized and praised by users.
