  • 摘要: 近年来,我国铁路工程建设领域迅速发展,为了提高铁路监督管理质量和效率,需要统一的监督管理平台进行协同管理。基于云平台的铁路工程监督管理系统,通过云计算与工程管理平台共享,实现铁路建设过程中质量与安全监督数据的管理。目前,系统依托中国铁路主数据中心,为工程质量监督管理局与全路18个监督站提供服务,已采集7万多条现场数据,并发布系统管理办法,形成质量体系考评量化机制,为铁路监督工作提供了重要的技术补充。

     

    Abstract: Recently, the field of railway engineering construction has developed rapidly in China. In order to improve the quality and efficiency of railway supervision and management, a unified supervision and management platform is needed for collaborative management. The railway engineering supervision and management system based on cloud platform, through the sharing of cloud computing and engineering management platform, implemented the management of quality and safety supervision data in the process of railway construction. At present, relying on China railway master data center, the system provided services for the Engineering Quality Supervision and Management Administration and 18 supervision stations of the whole railway, collected more than 70 000 field data, issued system management measures, formed quality system evaluation and quantification mechanism, and provided important technical supplement for railway supervision work.
