Intelligent management system scheme of railway ferry passenger and freight port for Qiongzhou Strait

摘要: 为了进一步提高琼州海峡铁路轮渡的市场竞争力,提高铁路港口生产作业效率,通过对现有南北港口安全生产作业、旅客服务及调度指挥等作业现状的分析,提出构建琼州海峡铁路轮渡客货运港口智能化管理系统的方案。通过对过海旅客、车辆及设备设施的调度组织和管理,实现港口作业的全过程智能化管理,提高服务水平、工作质量和工作效率。Abstract: In order to further improve the market competitiveness of railway ferry in Qiongzhou Strait and enhance the efficiency of railway port production, this article analyzed the current situation of safety production operation, passenger service and dispatching command in the north and south ports, and put forward the scheme of constructing the intelligent management system of railway ferry passenger and freight port for Qiongzhou Strait. Through the dispatching, organization and management to passengers, vehicles, equipment and facilities across the sea, it was implemented the whole process intelligent management for the port operation, and improved the service level, work quality and work efficiency.
