TCC制式检测平台数字驱动采集接口可视化设计与实现

  • 摘要: 为了解决列控中心(TCC)测试过程中测试人员对TCC驱动采集数据无法实时监测的问题,设计了TCC制式检测平台数字驱动采集接口可视化方案。使用S7-300PLC高速数字驱动采集模块和集成的视窗控制中心WinCC平台开发,实现了TCC制式检测平台数字驱动采集接口点位状态与站场图实时可视化。通过对TCC数字驱动采集点位信息的毫秒级精确采集,达到了对TCC请求的毫秒级应答,满足测试人员高效测试的要求,极大地提高了测试效率。该方案成功应用于5个厂家、6个型号TCC制式检测,取得了良好的应用效果,为铁路未来可视化测试提供技术支撑。

     

    Abstract: In order to solve the problem that the tester can not monitor the data of the train control center (TCC) driving acquisition in real time during the test of the TCC, this article designed visualization scheme of digital driving acquisition interface for TCC standard test platform. The article used S7-300 PLC high-speed digital driving acquisition module and integrated window control center WinCC platform to implement the real-time visualization of point status and station map of digital driving acquisition interface of TCC standard test platform. Accurate acquisition of point position information in millisecond level by TCC digital driving achieved the millisecond level response to TCC requests, met the requirements of testers for efficient testing, and greatly improved the testing efficiency. The scheme has been successfully applied to five manufacturers and six models of TCC standard detection, and achieved good application results. It provides technical support for future visual testing of railway.
