智能运维在高铁工务作业安全监控管理的应用

Intelligent operation and maintenance applied to safety monitoring andmanagement for permanent way of high-speed railway

  • 摘要: 设计基于卫星定位、电子传感、射频识别及红外摄像等技术的高铁工务作业安全监控模块,利用智能化终端集成多种硬件技术为一体,并与B/S的系统平台信息互换,实现高铁工务现场作业全过程监控,已经应用于多个站段。通过对现场作业相关数据进行收集和分析可知,现场作业不规范情况逐渐降低,满足作业人员人身安全要求,实现行车安全的可靠防护。应用结果表明,此监控方式可降低对现场作业人员的不安全因素,为工务现场作业智能化运维提供了有益的探索和实践。

     

    Abstract: Based on satellite positioning, electronic sensing, radio frequency identification and infrared camera technology,this paper designed a safety monitoring module for the field operation of permanent way of high-speed railway. Intelligentterminal was used to integrate various hardware technologies and exchanged information with B/S system platform toimplement the whole process monitoring for the field operation of permanent way of high-speed railway. The system has beenapplied in many stations. Through collecting and analyzing the data related to the field operation, it could be seen that thenon-standard situation of the field operation gradually decreases, which met the personal safety requirements of the operatorsand implemented the reliable protection of the driving safety. The application results show that the monitoring method canreduce the unsafe factors to the field workers, and provide useful exploration and practice for the intelligent operation andmaintenance of the field operation of permanent way.
