Centralized operation system for trouble of moving freight car detection system

  • 摘要: 针对货车故障轨旁图像检测系统(TFDS,Trouble of moving Freight car Detection System)探测站存在的作业量不均衡、作业关系未有效利用、作业质量差异较大等问题,基于数据传输、数据挖掘、智能判别等技术,将多套TFDS采集的图像和列车信息进行统一存储和任务的智能分配,实现智能管理、作业联控、信息传递等功能。该系统在中国铁路郑州局集团有限公司上线以来,运行效果良好,故障发现效率提升20%以上,为车辆系统深化改革创造了条件,为专业化管理提供了技术支持。

     

    Abstract: Aiming at the problems of unbalanced workload, ineffective utilization of operation relationship and great difference of operation quality in the detection station oftrouble of moving freight car detection system (TFDS), based on data transmission, data mining, intelligent discrimination and other technologies, the images and train information collected by multiple TFDS were uniformly stored and tasks were intelligently allocated to implement the functions of intelligent management, joint operation control and information transmission.Since the system was put into operation in Zhengzhou Group Co.Ltd., the operation effect is good, the fault detection efficiency is increased by more than 20%, which creates conditions for the deepening reform of vehicle system and provides technical support for professional management.
