我国国际铁路联运清算系统的研究与应用

International railway intermodal clearing system in China

  • 摘要: 针对当前我国国际联运清算系统中出现的程序变更不够灵活,维护和管理难度较大,兼容性差,缺少通用性,数据处理较慢,页面操作繁琐等问题,总结资金清算中心需求,采用数据抽取、数据结构优化和存储优化的关键技术,研发了国际铁路联运清算系统。该系统保证和提高了国际联运清算的准确性和时效性,实现部分国际铁路联运对外交流的信息化,与国内客、货运清算信息化同步发展。

     

    Abstract: In view of the problems such as inflexible program change, difficult maintenance and management, poor compatibility, lack of generality, slow data processing and tedious page operation, this article summarized the needs of the capital clearing center, designed and developed the international railway intermodal clearing system by using the key technologies of data extraction, data structure optimization and storage optimization. The system ensures and improves the accuracy and timeliness of international intermodal transportation clearing, implements the informatization of part of international railway intermodal communication with foreign countries, and develops synchronously with domestic passenger and information based freight clearing.
