动车组多源故障管理平台设计

Design of multi-source fault management platform for EMU

  • 摘要: 动车组故障数据采集途径越来越多,不同来源的故障信息在数据结构与处理流程方面各有不同,对故障统一管理分析带来了挑战。通过对动车组多源故障来源信息进行分析,提出了动车组多源故障管理平台设计方案,构建多源故障数据标准化结构体系,实现动车组多源故障统一管理,以及故障闭环管理、统计分析、故障知识库管理、重点故障管理、故障预测与维修决策管理等功能。平台的建立有利于动车组运用维修单位对多元故障的一体化管理,降低成本的同时也为动车组配件全生命周期管理提供有效的数据支撑。

     

    Abstract: There are more and more channels to collect EMU fault data. Different sources of faults have different data structure and processing flow, which brings challenges to unified fault management and analysis. Through the analysis of multiple source fault sources of EMU, this paper proposed the design scheme of multi-source fault management platform for EMU, constructed a standardized structure system of multi-source fault data, implemented the unified management of multi-source faults of EMU, and functions such as closed-loop management, statistical analysis, fault knowledge base management, key fault management, fault prediction and maintenance decision management. The establishment of the platform is conducive to the integrated management of multiple faults by EMU operation and maintenance units, reducing costs and providing effective data support for the whole life cycle management of EMU accessories.
