Key technologies of passenger service system in fully automatic operation mode of urban rail transit

摘要: 城市轨道交通全自动运行模式下的乘客服务系统,通过乘客双向对讲、应急联动响应、车载设备状态实时监控,实现实时汇集设备状态信息、分析车载设备状态、故障告警等功能,提升整体运营效率、救灾应急水平。介绍全自动运行模式下乘客服务系统的关键技术,在北京地铁燕房线、北京地铁大兴机场线的应用表明,这些技术能够满足全自动运行的应用场景和需求。Abstract: The passenger service system under the fully automatic operation mode of urban rail transit implemented the functions of real-time collection of equipment status information, and analysis of on-board equipment status, fault alarm and etc., through passenger two-way intercom, emergency linkage response and real-time monitoring of on-board equipment status, so as to improve the overall efficiency of operation, disaster relief emergency level and intelligent application level. This article introduced the key technologies of passenger service system under the fully automatic operation mode. The application in Yanfang Line of Beijing Metro and Daxing Airport Line of Beijing Metro showed that these technologies could meet the application scenarios and requirements of full-automatic operation.
