全自动运行系统SPKS设置方案研究

SPKS implementation of full automation operation system

  • 摘要: 轨旁人员作业防护开关(SPKS)设置方案研究可以解决GoA4等级的UTO全自动运行项目中轨旁作业人员的作业安全防护问题。结合线路配线、道岔设置及ATP自动防护原理,同时考虑线路运营方式,对SPKS设置方法进行了理论研究。研究表明,SPKS的设计是否合理直接影响到轨旁作业人员的人身安全及运营效率。通过理论研究结合项目实际应用,给出SPKS的合理且安全的设置方案。

     

    Abstract: The study of SPKS (Staff Protection Key Switch) setting solution can resolve the safety protection issue of working staff on the railway side for UTO projects of GoA4-level (Grade of Automation). Based on the line wiring,turnout setting and ATP automatic protection principle, and considering the line operation mode, the SPKS setting method was studied theoretically. The research results show that the design of SPKS directly affects the personal safety and operational efficiency on the railway side. Based on theoretical research and practical application of the project,this paper gave a reasonable and safe scheme for SPKS.
