  • 摘要: 设计基于分布式云架构的铁路应急指挥系统,解决当前铁路车站应急指挥业务智能化、一体化不足的问题。通过将应急数据及各类应急服务部署在各车站应急云平台的方式,实现对车站设备、设施、系统软件,人员、环境等资源的横向一体化监控,对突发事件预案、组织、响应、处置、恢复和评估等过程的纵向一体化管理。试运行结果表明,基于分布式云架构的铁路客运站智能应急指挥系统技术方案满足铁路应急指挥的发展要求。

     

    Abstract: The design of railway emergency command system based on distributed cloud architecture was to solve the problem of intelligence and integration deficiencies of railway station emergency command business. Through the deployment of emergency data and various emergency services in the emergency cloud platform of each station, it could implemented the horizontal integration monitoring of station equipment, facilities, system software, personnel,environment and other resources, achieved vertical integration management of contingency plan, organization,response, disposal, recovery and evaluation process. The trial running results show that the technical plan of the intelligent emergency command system for railway passenger station based on distributed cloud architecture meets the development trend of the railway emergency command.
