客运段调令管理系统的开发与应用

  • 摘要: 针对当前运输调令数量多、执行时间紧、乘务人员流动分散等问题,如何迅速准确地执行命令是客运段安全生产的重要任务。以调令在客运段的流转为视角,开发了基于移动网络下的调令管理系统,通过运用二维码映射的技术手段拓展调令应用场景,以优化乘务管理为目标规范调令流程,跟踪生效周期,严把安全风险。系统上线以来,客运段形成二级值班室协同,各车队部门联动的工作态势。此应用将复杂的调令条例解析到各生产单元精确管理,调令签发与执行的错误和遗漏率降低为零,并节约了75%以上的时间成本,保障应对客运变化,组织高效有序。

     

    Abstract: Aimed at the problems such as large quantities of transport orders, tight execution time and the crews dispersion, from the perspective of the transfer of passenger orders in the passenger transport depot, this paper developed railway dispatching order management system based on mobile network. The application scenario was expanded by using the technology of two-dimensional code mapping. To optimize the crew management as a goal,the paper standardized the order process, tracked the effective cycle, and strictly enforced the safety risk. Since the system has been put into operation, the passenger transport depot has formed the working situation of two levels of duty room coordination and each team department linkage.This application resolved the complex dispatching order ordinance to precise management of production units, reduced the error and omission rate of the issue and execution of the dispatching order to zero, saved the time cost more than 75%, ensured that the changes in passenger traffic could be handled and organized efficiently and orderly.
