Design and application product structure tree for EMU

  • 摘要: 大型复杂机电设备的零件规模通常高达百万级别,其信息一般采用树形结构来组织管理,常规的结构树设计方案不能满足海量存储、高效查询的管理需求。通过编码字典设计、结构树模板建立,实现了基于Oracle数据库的结构树模型高效存储管理。在高速列车全寿命周期管理项目中,实现了十万级数据的秒级处理。开发实践表明,该设计方案具有存储开销小、数据一致性好、查询速度快等优点,适合超大规模结构树的管理。

     

    Abstract: Large and complex electromechanical devices are usually composed of millions of components, and their information is generally organized and managed by tree structure. The design scheme of conventional structure tree cannot meet the management requirements of mass storage and efficient query. This paper implemented the efficient storage management of the structure tree model through designing the coding dictionary and establishing the structure tree template based on the Oracle database. And it accomplished the second level processing of one hundred thousand level data in the project of whole life cycle management for high-speed train. The development practice shows that the design scheme has the advantages of less storage cost, better data consistency and faster query speed, which are suitable for the management of super-large scale structure tree.
