高速铁路灾害监测系统现场监测设备脱离监控分析及改进措施研究

Analysis and improvement measures for site monitoring equipment beyond scope of monitoring in high-speed railway disaster monitoring system

  • 摘要: 高速铁路灾害监测系统现场监测设备脱离监控是目前灾害监测系统发生频率高、影响大的一类故障。通过对全路灾害监测系统现场监测设备脱离监控情况的调研,将现场监测设备脱离监控故障按影响范围进行分类统计,分析故障原因。结果显示,2013年1月至2017年5月期间,在全路共发生的54次大范围现场监测设备脱离监控和184次局部监测点现场监测设备脱离监控故障中,传感器故障和网络故障是造成灾害监测系统现场监测设备脱离监控的主要原因,两者占总故障原因的38%,其次是电源故障、防雷模块故障等。最后,从系统管理、软硬件维护、应急处置等方面提出相应的改进措施与建议,为优化灾害监测系统建设和运营维护提供参考。

     

    Abstract: Disaster monitoring equipment beyond scope of monitoring in high speed railway disaster monitoring system is a terrible fault which has significant influence on the system at present. Based on the investigation of all disaster monitoring systems that were in use, equipment faults were analyzed by classification, and failure causes were detail analyzed. The results show that during the period from January 2013 to May 2017, there were 54 times of large-scale fault and 184 times of local fault which was site monitoring equipment beyond scope of monitoring. Sensor failure and network failure were the main causes, both accounted for 38% of the total fault causes, followed by the failure of power supply and lightning protection module. In the end, the improvement measures and suggestions were proposed from the aspects of the system management, hardware, software maintenance and emergency disposal which would be used for reference to optimize the construction and maintenance of the disaster monitoring system.
