轨行区施工调度系统研究与实现

  • 摘要: 为保障施工和运输作业安全,实现轨行区调度统筹兼顾、协调有序,研究设计轨行区施工调度系统。系统结合北斗定位、无线射频、车站图形化等技术手段,实现对轨行区施工计划、施工请销点、调度命令及铺轨工程进度等的管理,为调度中心人员提供有力的管理手段和参考依据,并帮助施工单位合理安排施工组织和行车组织。实践证明,系统解决了轨行区作业管理跨度大、行车施工调度安全级别要求高、安全生产预警预控难、全过程管理易缺位等突出问题。

     

    Abstract: In order to ensure the safety of construction and transportation, implement the overall consideration, coordination and order of railway track area dispatching, this article studied and designed the construction and dispatching system in railway track area. Combined with Beidou positioning, radio frequency, station graphics and other technical means, the system implemented the management of construction plan, construction request point, dispatching order and track laying project progress in the railway track area, provided powerful management means and reference basis for the personnel in the dispatching center, and helped the construction unit to reasonably arrange the construction organization and driving organization. It has been proved that the system has solved some outstanding problems, such as the large span of operation management in the railway track area, the high level of safety requirements for traffic construction dispatching, the difficulty of early warning and pre-control of work safety, and the lack of management in the whole process.
