Abstract: Facing with the increasingly urgent demand of informatization management for the supervision enterprises, this article started from the supervision business process and management features, adopted the practical technical route, built an advanced overall architecture, designed the rail transit supervision management information system in detail, which was with the function of attendance management, supervision project management, supervision evaluation and system maintenance. Since the system was put into use, it solved the problems of low management efficiency and poor communication in traditional supervision work, and played an important role in improving the level of supervision service and information sharing.
