高速铁路调度指挥仿真实验平台的设计与实现

High-speed railway dispatching simulation platform

  • 摘要: 随着高速铁路在我国大规模建设并投入运营,培养和培训适应高铁运输组织的技术和管理人才尤为重要。通过分析实际高速铁路列车运行调度指挥业务流程和应急处置过程得出高速铁路调度指挥仿真实验平台功能及结构,建立仿真平台系统数据流图、系统数据模型及仿真流程,设计平台数据库及子系统模块划分,采用SQL Server数据库、Microsoft Visual Studio 2010 C#开发平台,实现了列车运行调度指挥业务过程的仿真及各岗位操作综合训练。平台应用于学生实验、实践教学及调度人员调度指挥及应急处置模拟演练培训,提高学生和调度人员的行车调度技能与指挥决策能力。

     

    Abstract: With the large-scale construction and operation of China’s high-speed railway, cultivation and training of qualified management and technical personnel for high-speed railway transport organization is becoming particularly important. Through the analysis of the actual high-speed railway train dispatching process and emergency disposal process, the article proposed the function and structure of high-speed railway dispatching simulation platform, established the data flow diagram, data model and simulation process, designed the database platform and the module of subsystem, implemented the simulation of train operation dispatching process and the post operation comprehensive training with SQL Server database and Microsoft Visual Studio2010 C#. The platform was applied in the teaching of students’ experimental practice and train dispatchers’ simulation exercise for dispatching command and emergency disposal. The goal was to improve the dispatching skills and decision-making ability for students and train dispatchers.
