车辆溜逸安全防护系统研究

Research on safety protection system of railway vehicle slip

  • 摘要: 目前,铁路车务系统现场防溜作业安全控制手段相对缺乏、更多采用人控手段。文章从现场需求出发,梳理既有防溜作业流程,研究基于低功耗物联网技术的车辆溜逸安全防护系统,实现防溜作业全过程监测,避免因防溜器具漏设、漏撤等导致的行车事故。实践证明,该系统可有效提高防溜作业标准化程度,降低调车作业人员劳动强度,为当前车站防溜作业管理困难问题提供了一种有效的解决办法。

     

    Abstract: At present, there is a lack of safety control means for anti slip operation in the field of railway vehicle service system, which usually adopts manual means. Starting from the field demand, this article combed the existing anti sliding operation process, studied the safety protection system of railway vehicle slip based on the low power Internet of Things technology, implemented the whole process monitoring of anti sliding operation, and avoided the traffic accidents caused by the missing installation and removal of anti sliding devices. The practice shows that the system can effectively improve the standardization degree of anti sliding operation, reduce the labor intensity of shunting operators, and provide an effective solution for the current management difficulties of anti sliding operation in stations.
