面向动车组检修作业的智慧物流体系及关键技术研究

Key technologies of intelligent logistics system to EMU maintenance operation

  • 摘要: 针对动车组检修作业过程中物流管理业务数据量大、时效性要求高等问题,借鉴智慧物流的思想,论述二维码技术和无线射频识别(RFID)技术在动车段、动车运用所内的具体应用,结合动车组检修计划形成物流配送计划,采用自动引导运输车(AGV),建立一个适用于动车组检修作业的智慧物流体系。该体系从理论上可以有效降低信息采集工作量,减少待料时间,对提高动车组检修作业效率具有重要意义。

     

    Abstract: In order to deal with logistics management problems of large amount of business data and high timeliness requirement in EMU maintenance operation, this article used the concept of intelligent logistics for reference, discussed the application of two-dimensional code technology and radio frequency identification (RFID) technology in EMU depots and EMU application office, formed the logistics distribution plan with the maintenance plan of the EMU, adopted an automated guided transport vehicle (AGV) to establish an intelligent logistics system which was suitable for the maintenance operation of EMU. The system could effectively cut down the workload of information acquisition in theory, reduce waiting time, was important to improve the maintenance operation efficiency of EMU.
