网络化运维条件下的动车所检修资源共享方案研究

Maintenance resource sharing scheme of EMU deport under networked operation and maintenance condition

  • 摘要: 针对网络化运用检修条件下的动车组检修方案优化问题,以固定运用模式下的动车组开行数据为输出,以满足动车所的最大扣修数量、动车组一二级检修规程和多所检修资源共享规则为约束条件,以最小化动车组检修剩余量为目标,构建优化模型。基于蚁群优化算法设计了模型的求解策略,达到共享多动车所检修资源,充分利用动车组检修周期,降低检修成本的目的。

     

    Abstract: This article focused on the optimization problem of maintenance scheme of EMU under networked operation and maintenance condition, took the output data of EMU in fixed operation mode as output, met the maximum number of repairs in EMU depot, EMU one or two level maintenance procedures and multiple maintenance of resource sharing rules as constraints, aimed at minimizing the remaining capacity of EMU maintenance, constructed the optimization model. The article designed solution strategy of the model based on ant colony optimization algorithm, implemented maintenance resource sharing among EMU depots, made full use of the maintenance cycle of EMU, reduced maintenance cost.
