基于数据融合的动车组健康状态评估

  • 摘要: 中国动车组以其高速、舒适、便捷,受到越来越多的旅客的青睐,高铁客流量逐年增多。在有限的动车组保有量的情况下,动车组运营压力也越来越大。如何在动车组高频率运用的情况下保证动车组运行安全已成为一个重要的研究课题。本文从数据角度出发,采用数据融合的方法进行实时在线动车组健康状态评估研究。对动车组运用特征和现有监测数据现状进行分析,选择特征特征向量,然后数据融合,得出动车组健康指数。经验证,健康指数可以实时反映动车组健康状态,对动车组运行安全保障具有实际意义。

     

    Abstract: Chinese EMU has got more and more tourists’ favor for its high speed, comfort and convenience. Passenger volume has increased year by year. In the case of limited number of EMU, EMU operating pressure is also growing. How to ensure EMU running safety in the terms of high-density use has become an important research topic. From the data point of view, this article used the method of data fusion to evaluate the health status of real-time EMU, analyzed the operation characteristics of EMU and the status of existing monitoring data, selected feature vectors, performed data fusion, and finally got the health index of the EMU. It was proved that the health index could reflect the health status of the EMU in real time, and has practical significance for ensuring EMU operation safety.
