Abstract: Based on the actual demand of project management for railway science and technology enterprise, this article adopted the Spring MVC(Model View Controller) framework as the main body, multi-layer design patterns, set up the whole life cycle project information management system integrating contract management and scientific research project management, implemented the scientific and standardized project management process of railway science and technology enterprises.
