Abstract: With the development of railway information science and technology, the traditional manual management is very inefficient. Therefore, it is imperative to use computer technology to carry out scientific management of railway enterprise self-contained owned car. Management information system for enterprise self-contained car was designed and developed by using Ext.Net framework. The system integrated the related self-contained car production data of freight e-commerce system, inventory system and freight invoice system, implemented the goal of informatization of self-contained car management.
