混合动力动车组参数匹配研究

  • 摘要: 混合动力动车组突破传统的内燃动车组和电动车组模式,采用混合动力模式,是一种可以实现跨线运行的新型动车组产品。混合动力技术是混合动力动车组的核心技术之一,参数匹配技术是混合动力技术中的重要内容。现基于列车牵引力、牵引功率、牵引电机转矩以及牵引系统各电气部件容量的计算方法,综合考虑车辆动力性能要求,给出一种混合动力系统的匹配计算方法,并由此得到一套混合动力系统参数配置方案。通过仿真实验得出,由该匹配计算方法得到的混合动力系统参数配置可以满足目标车辆动力性能要求。

     

    Abstract: The hybrid power multiple units breaks through the traditional mode. It is neither like the diesel multiple units(DMU) nor like the electric multiple units(EMU). It is a new type of multiple units with hybrid power model and can run on different lines. The hybrid power technology is one of the key technologies of the hybrid power multiple units. Based on the calculation methods of traction force, traction power, traction motor torque and capacity of traction system components, a matching calculation method was proposed for the hybrid power system considering the vehicle dynamic performance requirements. A set of hybrid power system configuration was obtained for the target vehicle through this matching calculation method. It was proved that the set of hybrid power system configuration could meet the vehicle dynamic performance requirements by simulation.
