  • 摘要: 为了对比不同BIM软件在管线三维建模方面的优缺点以及不同软件之间的数据交互模式,以某动车运用所检查库压缩空气管线平面及立体图为基础,分别在CATIA和REVIT等BIM平台上建立了压缩空气管线、阀门三维信息模型,并梳理了采用SOLIDWORKS和REVIT等软件建立的机辆设备三维模型,通过 IFC 格式的转换和 IGS格式的轻量化后,导入CATIA平台的步骤和流程;为了高效管理三维信息模型,提高动车段所机辆设备建模效率,阐述了在CATIA平台中,三维模型信息属性的添加方法,在此基础上建立了基于CATIA平台的机辆设备BIM三维信息参数化模型库,极大地方便了机辆设备模型的批量管理、批量建模和批量修改。

     

    Abstract: In order to compare the advantages and disadvantages of different BIM software in 3D modeling of pipeline, and the data exchange mode between the different software, this article based on the compressed air pipeline plane and three-dimensional map of checking library of EMU operation depot, established the information model of compressed air pipeline and valve 3D on the BIM platform such as CATIA and REVIT. The 3D model of locomotive equipment was established by software of SOLIDWORKS and REVIT. Through the conversion of IFC format and the lightweight of IGS format, the model was imported into the CATIA platform, and the importing steps and flow were combed. To efficiently manage the three-dimensional information model and improve the modeling efficiency for the equipment of EMU depot, the article described the method of adding information attributes to the three-dimensional model of the equipment in CATIA software, and established the BIM model library of the equipment based on CATIA software, which greatly facilitated the equipment model batch management, batch modeling and batch modifying.
