铁路工程施工组织形象进度系统研究与实现

  • 摘要: 从铁路工程施工组织管理业务流程出发,针对传统施工组织进度管理中人工手段分析结果不准确、效率低等缺点,提出了建设铁路工程施工组织形象进度系统,通过形象进度信息化解决现阶段存在的缺点。文章对系统的整体架构和应用功能进行详细设计,逐级分解整个工程项目的任务结构,建立了各专业图标图例,通过采用SVG技术及进度推演计算方法实现施工组织形象进度管理,并对系统中采用的关键技术进行详细论述。系统在多个在建铁路项目中试点应用,实现了施工组织信息化和形象可视化管理,满足工程建设施工组织管理需求。

     

    Abstract: From the business processes of railway engineering construction organization and management, in view of the defect that the result were not accurate and low efficiency by artificial means in traditional construction organization schedule management, this article proposed the railway engineering construction organization image schedule system, designed the overall structure and the application function of the system, decomposed the task structure of the whole project gradually, established the professional icon and legend, discussed the key technologies used in the system in detail. The construction organization image schedule management was implemented by using SVG technology and the calculation method of schedule deduction. The system has been applied in several railway projects under construction, implemented the construction organization informatization and visualized management, met the requirements of organization and management of engineering construction.
