  • 摘要: 近年来,南方各省份水害灾害频发,铁路几乎每天都有客运列车被迫取消发车,这些列车已售出车票都需要办理退票业务,对铁路局及车站客运服务带来很大压力。因此,各铁路局及车站对自动退票机的需求越来越紧迫。结合客票系统特点,以满足旅客需求为目的,以总体技术方案为指导,采用新技术,新算法,中国铁道科学研究院电子计算技术研究所设计开发了铁路自动退票机。文章研究了票面图像识别技术、应用负载均衡、快速查询等关键技术,实现了自动退票机的自动化、智能化,有利于提高退票效率,提升旅客退票服务体验。

     

    Abstract: In recent years, flood disasters often happen in the southern provinces of China, almost every day the railway passenger trains were forced to cancel the departure because of flood disasters. The sold tickets for these trains need to be refunded, which bring great pressure to the relevant railway station. Therefore, the demands for automatic refund machines are becoming more and more urgent. Combined with the characteristics of railway ticketing and reservation system, in order to meet the requirements for passenger, guided by the overall technical scheme, the railway automatic refund machine(TRM) was designed. Many new methods and technologies were applied to the machine. The technologies, such as image recognition, application load balancing, quick query, were studied in this paper. The methods and technologies were helpful to automation and intelligence of TRM, improve refund efficiency, enhance the passenger refund service experience.
