Simulation and analysis of steel rail nuclear injury based on SIMPACK and EWT

  • 摘要: 针对钢轨核伤仿真缺乏、核伤检测难的问题,采用SIMPACK构建车辆-轨道多体动力学模型,采用ANSYS软件和FEMBS接口进行弹性钢轨核伤建模与集成,从而实现不同核伤情况下车辆轴箱振动响应的计算机仿真。引入经验小波变换(EWT)对轴箱振动信号进行信号分析,采用边际谱进行核伤特征频率辨识,进行不同速度及核伤情况下的仿真。仿真结果表明,所构建的车辆-轨道多体动力学模型能够实现钢轨核伤的计算机仿真。对轴箱振动信号进行经验小波变换,得到的“W”型振动模态幅度和边际谱分析能够表征钢轨核伤尺寸及特征频率,从而验证了EWT方法的可行性。

     

    Abstract: Aiming at the problem about simulation and detection of steel rail nuclear injury, a multi-body dynamic model of the vehicle/track was built based on the SIMPACK software, and the elastic steel rail nuclear injury was modeled and integrated by using ANSYS software and FEMBS interface, thus the computer simulation of vehicle axle box vibration response under the different nuclear injury cases was implemented. Then the empirical wavelet transform(EWT) method was introduced to analyze the axle box vibration signal, and the marginal spectrum was employed to identify the characteristic frequency of nuclear injury. Finally, the simulation of different speed and nuclear injury cases was conducted. The simulation results showed that the model could implement the computer simulation of steel rail nuclear injury. The"W" type of vibration amplitude got by EWT of the axle box vibration signal and marginal spectrum analysis could characterize the size and frequency of steel rail nuclear injury, verify the feasibility of steel rail nuclear injury simulation analysis.
