Abstract: In order to ensure the operation of the information system"visible, credible, manageable and controllable " during the 13th Five-Year Plan period, solve the problems and demands existing in the information and communication operation and maintenance of State Grid Shaanxi Electric Power Corporation, consider the current situation of the Company from personnel, processes, technology and other elements of operation and maintenance, the research and pilot practice of the construction of SG-ITOM 3 operation and maintenance system were carried out to optimize the mode of operation and maintenance actively, improve the operation and maintenance business, enhance the capacity of operation and maintenance. It was implemented the construction objectives of SG-ITOM 3.0 operation and maintenance system, such as intensive management, lean operation, intelligent operation and agility of service.
