智能铁路评价指标体系构建研究

  • 摘要: 智能铁路是一个结构复杂的系统工程,需要选取若干具有代表性的因子形成指标集合,全面、客观、准确、系统地评价智能铁路建设进程和发展水平。结合我国铁路实际情况,阐述建立智能铁路评价指标体系的必要性,借鉴铁路行业、智慧城市评价领先实践,从系统整体出发,分别从智能铁路技术特征和系统能效特征考虑,构建两套两级综合评价指标体系,明确评价原则和构建思路。反映智能特征、满足我国铁路智能化发展需求的评价指标,能够促进我国智能铁路建设各项工作更加有序、高效进行。

     

    Abstract: Intelligent railway is the system engineering with complicated structure. It is necessary to select a number of representative factors to form a set of indicators, which can comprehensively, objectively, accurately and systematically evaluate the progress and development level of intelligent railway construction. This paper combined with the actual situation of China railway, analyzed the necessity of establishing the intelligent railway evaluation index system. Based on the leading practice of railway industry and smart city evaluation, starting from the system as a whole, the paper considered the characteristics of the intelligent railway technology and the system energy efficiency characteristics, developed two sets of two-level comprehensive evaluation index system with two dimensions of technical characteristics and energy efficiency characteristics, defined the evaluation principles and construction ideas. The selected indicators reflect intelligent characteristics and meet the development needs of China's railway intelligentized development, can promote the work of intelligent railway construction in our country to be more orderly and efficient.
