基于模糊多目标优化的城轨列车车门系统维保周期的研究

Research on maintenance cycle of urban rail vehicle door system based on fuzzy multi-objective optimization

  • 摘要: 科学制定车门系统维保周期对整个城轨列车系统的安全高效运营具有重要意义。采用模糊多目标优化算法对城轨列车车门系统维保周期进行优化:分别确定可用度、经济性、任务可靠度与维保周期的关系函数;以可用度、经济性为优化目标,以任务可靠度为约束条件,建立基于模糊层次分析法的维保周期模糊多目标优化模型。对某地铁公司2号线车门系统进行实例分析,验证了模型的有效性。

     

    Abstract: The scientific formulation of maintenance cycle of door system has important significance to guarantee the urban rail vehicle running safely and efficiently. In this paper, the fuzzy multi-object optimization method was applied to optimize the maintenance cycle of urban rail vehicle door system. Firstly, determined the relationship among availability, economy, task reliability and maintenance cycle. Then, took the cost and economy as the optimization objective and the task reliability as the constraint conditions, established a fuzzy multi objective optimization model based on Fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP). Finally, applied the proposed model to the door system of a metro line 2, verified the validity of the model.
