Abstract: There were some problems in the railway engineering construction that the guiding construction organization, image progress chart could not be read online, the format standards are not uniform, etc. In view of the above problems, this article proposed the design and development goals of the construction organization image progress chart, reviewed the function of the image schedule, presented the development of Flex and J2EE based architecture, developed and implemented the guiding construction organization image progress chart of the railway engineering, which could be read online, share the data in time, and form a unified standard format.
