Abstract: Railway was transforming to modern logistics development. The development of scattered cargo transportation needed the support of information system. Therefore, this article researched on railway express service platform for scattered cargo. The information system was used to optimize the operation process of scattered cargo transportation, take whole process management of logistics information for the operation link of railway express of scattered cargo, implement the whole chain information based management for the scattered cargo logistics.
