高速列车车下设备舱远程监测系统开发技术研究

Remote monitoring system for equipment cabin at bottom of high-speed train

  • 摘要: 文章以LabVIEW软件作为研究平台,完成了高速列车车下设备舱远程监测系统的研究和设计。系统数据采集使用LabVIEW FPGA数据采集模块,应力采集采用流程化配置,数据传输采用DMAFIFO方法,使得系统实现了车下设备舱关键受力部位数据的实时采集、实时显示、快速储存和离线回放等功能。

     

    Abstract: The article implemented the remote monitoring system for the equipment cabin at the bottom of high-speed train based on LabVIEW software. The LabVIEW field programmable gate array(FPGA) data acquisition module was used to gather data, the routing configuration was used for the stress collection, and the DMA FIFO method was applied to data transmission. These methods made the system have the functions of data real-time acquisition and display, fast data storage and off-line data playback for the key force-bearing parts.
