Abstract: In order to improve the railway safety risk management level and complete the railway safety risk control system, the article deeply studied on the connotation of the safety risk management, established the model of the safety risk management, put forward the railway safety risk management and control model. Railway safety risk management and control information system was developed based on this. This system standardized the railway safety risk management, linked risk management and control to cadre performance assessment, promoted the implementation of risk control measures. The research and application of the system provided the necessary technical support to strengthen the security risk prevention and control, and improve the safety risk management level.
