基于群决策层次分析法的铁路信息化评价考核指标体系权重确定

Weight determination of railway informatization evaluation index system based on group-decision analytic hierarchy process

  • 摘要: 采用多个相关专家组成一个专家决策群体,对群决策专家赋予不同的权重,构造每个专家的判断矩阵,采用几何加权平均法得出群决策比较判断矩阵,经过一系列计算得出铁路信息化评价考核指标体系各个层次权重的计算结果,为科学合理地进行铁路信息化评价考核提供了参考依据。

     

    Abstract: This method was to use multiple related experts as an expert decision-making group, give the different weights to group-decision experts, construct the judgment matrix for each expert, obtain group-decision judgment matrix by geometric weighted average method. After a series of calculation, the results were obtained. This method provided a reference basis for railway informatization evaluation.
