动车组技术变更项目信息管理系统设计与实现

  • 摘要: 动车组技术变更信息管理系统主要研究对动车组源头质量整治等技术变更项目的全生命周期业务管理模式,满足中国国家铁路集团有限公司、动车组技术中心、铁路局集团公司、造修企业和监造、验收部门对源头质量等技术变更项目的信息化管理要求。系统设计过程中,主要采用了动车组整治实施计划预测应用,共享平台数据交互等技术。采用该系统,对2012-2018年全路动车组源头质量整治项目进行管理,达到了规范过程控制、提高作业效率和服务现场管理的目标。

     

    Abstract: The EMU technology change information management system mainly studies the whole life cycle service management mode of EMU technology change projects, such as quality improvement at the source, to meet the information management requirements of China Railway, EMU Technology Center, Railway Administration Group Company, construction enterprises, supervision and acceptance departments for quality at source and other technology change projects. In the process of system design, the technology of EMU renovation implementation plan forecasting application and sharing platform data interaction were mainly adopted. By using this system, the quality renovation project at the source of the whole EMU headstream from 2012 to 2018 was managed, and the goal of standardizing process control, improving operation efficiency and serving on-site management was achieved.
