Key Fault aided Analyzing System for CRH2 EMU Level 3 maintenance

  • 摘要: 本文采用分层取样法对CRH2型动车组三级检修中积累的故障进行统计分析,综合考虑随机样本的发生率和重要性,以加权平均法计算加权得分,评定形成关键故障处理数据库。通过开发基于 B/S网络架构的辅助分析系统,实现分级用户管理、故障数据添加、模糊查询等功能,方便现场作业人员实时获取正确的关键故障处理技术指南,从而提高动车组检修效率和检修质量。

     

    Abstract: In this paper, stratified sampling method was used to count and analyze the faults of CRH2 EMU Level 3 maintenance. It was compromised the occurrence rate and importance of random sample, calculated the weighted score by weighted average method to form the key fault processing database. Through the development of Key Fault aided Analyzing System based on B/S network framework, the management of classified users, added fault data, fuzzy query and other functions were implemented. It was convenient for the field operation personnel to obtain real-time processing of key fault, so as to improve the efficiency and quality of EMU maintenance.
